Due to COVID restrictions, no crowds will attend the Sydney Motorsport Park event, however Supercars is determined to get your heart racing with new formats and even more action on the track.

There will be three 130km sprint races and a top 15 shootout for the third round of the season, in addition to a rookies-only practice session and two full-field practice sessions.

Drivers and teams will be keen to make their mark with the event held on the 3.93km Gardner (Grand Prix) circuit with the three races consisting of 33-laps or a time certain finish.

This weekend’s return to racing will feature the 500th career race of Jamie Whincup and 200th round start of James Courtney, a born and bred Western Sydney driver.

The BP Ultimate Sydney SuperSprint is supported by the NSW Government via its tourism and major events agency, Destination NSW.

With almost 12 hours of practice, qualifying and racing broadcast live and ad free on Fox Sports 506 and Kayo, and highlights to be broadcast on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon on 10 – it’s an event not to be missed!
