Struggling to get started in the mornings? Feel the need for a little pick me up? We hear you.

This week in the Cuppa Of Life virtual café, it’s all about creating a safe space to share the harder aspects of life. Join the team to hear stories from people who have come through adversity and trauma, to build strong, purposeful lives. It’s also Men’s Health Week, so you can hear from a panel of guests who have made it their life mission to improve the quality of men’s health in Australia.

On Monday, it’s all about inclusion with Ben Aldridge, who is the founder of 30 Foot Drop. Ben turned an accident that left him a quadriplegic into a mission to help community groups focus and educate themselves on the importance of inclusion (and yes, the name of his company is how high he fell when his life changed forever!).

On Tuesday, prepare to become fearless, as spiritual entrepreneur Pauline Nguyen shares her secrets to living life free and unshakeable. Her own story is enlightening, as she escaped Vietnam and survived a refugee camp, and she has come a long way, winning awards for her business and writing bestsellers.

On Wednesday, the café greets its biggest group of guests, with a panel dedicated to Men’s Health Week. Gus Worland (founder of the café’s charity partner, Gotcha4Life), Tom Bell (principal facilitator at Tomorrow Man) and spokesperson for Men’s Health Week, Dr Neil Hall, join the café to start a much-needed conversation around men’s health. This will be a valuable and inspirational session, as helping men find an open, safe space to talk is imperative to improving the poor mental health problems that Australian men are facing.

On Thursday, build up your self-esteem with media personality, Zoe Marshall. A woman who has overcome adversity and pain time and time again, she will share how she rebuilt herself and her life from rock bottom, and why it’s important to explore who we are. Zoe will also talk about how she came to launch her newest project, and why it is so close to her heart.

On Friday, see out the week with a bit of a wiggle – the original Yellow Wiggle, that is! Greg Page will be coming into the café to share how he has turned a recent health scare into a potentially life-saving cause, campaigning for the increase in knowledge of CPR and the availability of AEDs- the two very things that saved his life. He will also share how gratitude and awareness have shaped his life, and how they can help you too.

It’s going to be a powerfully informative week. If you’re feeling the strain of day-to-day life, this is a week not to be missed. Get along and find solidarity, inspiration, and education, from the Cuppa Of Life’s stellar guest lineup.

Entry to the café is FREE – and because it’s virtual, you don’t even have to leave the house to come along! Simply grab your cuppa, set up your computer or phone, and listen in to the daily guests. Register your seat today at www.cuppaoflife.com and join the team every weekday at 8:30amEST.
