It’s been quite a few weeks now since self-isolation restrictions have been put in place and many of us have been slowly mastering the art of staying at home.

Spare rooms have been converted into temporary offices; Tik Tok accounts set up; rusted weights and yoga mats arranged in makeshift home gyms and subscriptions have been made to online streaming services.

Most of these home measures have been actioned by our friends, work colleagues and families alike, but what about our Australian sporting heroes? With most sporting codes feeling the repercussions of COVID-19, what are these sporting stars doing to keep sane whilst they #StayHome?
