It’s been a while now since quarantine first became a reality. We’ve been spending a lot of time on our devices, watching live streams, laughing at Tik Toks, and double-tapping left, right and centre!

Amidst all this time at home, we’ve picked 10 questions to ask a few of our favourite Country music artists about what they have been up to in quarantine. Check back with us each week to see which artist we feature next!

For those of you who aren’t already familiar with Morgan Evans, we can guarantee you’ve heard and subsequently sung along to his summer anthem “Day Drunk”! After a decade of entertaining Aussie fans, this legend made the move to Nashville and has been dominating ever since!

His debut US single “Kiss Somebody” topped the US charts, he took home the ARIA Country Album of the Year for his album “Things That We Drink To” and most recently joined Keith Urban and Kelsea Ballerini (who happens to be his wife) on stage for a LIVE stream show from the hallowed Grand Ole Opry.

His latest single “Diamonds” is out now and available everywhere you buy/stream music. We caught up with Morgan and asked him our Insider Quaran-TEN!

9. First artist you want to see when lockdown ends ?

Oh man, I was so stoked to go see Rage Against The Machine for the first time this year! I hope they reschedule that one!

10. The biggest lesson quarantine has taught you ?

It’s certainly given me a greater appreciation for a lot of the freedoms we used to have. I realize now that I took a lot of them for granted. I’ve also learned that it’s important to slow down sometimes. Life was crazy before this. Spending more quality time with my wife, catching up with my family more regularly and reconnecting with old friends has been really cool. I’m not sure how long it would have taken me to realize that without being forced to take a breath. But here we are! Taking each day as it comes and trying to make the best of it!
