If you’re feeling a little lost or disconnected, looking for a way to find yourself again, or if you’re looking for a way to improve the way you express yourself, now is the perfect time to tune in to Cuppa of Life café.

Appearing in the Cuppa Of Life café this week are author and TV presenter Sarah Wilson, and the Head of Curation at TEDx Sydney, Fenella Kernebone.

Joining the café on Thursday 28th May at 8:30am to chat about her latest book, her journey building her internationally-successful business (and her decision to close it down) and the importance of reconnecting to your life, Sarah Wilson may be best known for her New York Times bestseller ‘I Quit Sugar’ (which was also the largest wellness website in Australia).

Sarah has a wealth of attributes under her belt, including being a former editor of Cosmopolitan magazine, host of Masterchef Australia, and author of ‘First, We Make The Beast Beautiful’ and her latest book, ‘Your One Wild and Precious Life’. During her café session, Sarah will discuss how she found herself again, and what ‘Your One Wild and Precious Life’ means for you.

Then on Friday 29th May at 8:30am, tune in to see Fenella Kernebone talk about the power of volunteering, how to improve your presentation skills, and the power and impact of the art of storytelling. Fenella is a force to be reckoned with in her current role as Head of Curation at TEDx Sydney. This makes her responsible for leading the programming for one of the largest TEDx events in the world. You may also recognize her from her time on TripleJ, The Movie Show on SBS, or Art Nation on ABC Radio National’s By Design.

Fenella is also well known as an MC, presenter, moderator and keynote speaker, and has hosted countless events both across Australia and around the world. During her café session, Fenella will share tips about her storytelling workshops and virtual presenting skills- perfect for preparing you for the day ahead!

Join the Cuppa Of Life café every weekday morning at 8:30am AEST, with a different guest and different topic discussions every day. Entry is free, with the opportunity to donate to the café’s charity partner Gotcha4Life, raising money to support mental fitness and wellbeing.
