The Repco Supercars championship returns to The Bend on July 29 – 31 with event organisers promising the biggest weekend of racing and entertainment yet in the OTR Supersprint’s five-year history.

The jam-packed, three-day event is South Australia’s largest ticketed regional sporting event with spectators set to pack the corporate hospitality and grandstand spectator areas, with all ticket holders getting paddock access.

Highlights of this year’s OTR Supersprint racing will include the Repco Supercars Championship races alongside a series of support category races including Generation 3 Supercars Demonstrations, Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup, Battery World Aussie Racing Cars Super Series, Precision National Sports Sedans, Historic Touring Cars (Group N) and Haltech SuperUtes Series.

There is something for everyone with on-track and trackside entertainment including drag car demonstrations, silver sharks aerial stunt show, Matt mingay’s hot wheels stunt team, Saturday night fireworks display and performances from local DJ Miki McFayden.

The festival atmosphere flows into the freshly activated in-field area with Brazilian Samba dancers, racing simulators, mini go karts and sponsor activation zones offering all ticket holders the opportunity to have an exclusive at-track experience.

The Bend Managing Director Dr Sam Shahin has stuck firm on his commitment to South Australian and Australian motorsport and is all in with this year’s event

“We want to be affiliated with the best motoring events and festivals from Australia and abroad, and we have never wavered from the commitment to bring first-class events to our shores.”

“The expanded Asian Le Mans series is contracted for two more events at The Bend and the growth of two-wheel racing at the venue has been astonishing with the recent Australian Superbike round featuring Jack Miller providing an incredible spectacle.”

The unique trackside camping experience allows spectators to sleep, eat and watch the races and entertainment just metres from the racetrack and enjoy the event’s festival-like atmosphere.

Corporate hospitality, camping, grandstand and general admission tickets are currently on sale with Kids 14 & under FREE and $5 bus transfers to and from The Bend available from the Adelaide CBD, Mount Barker, Murray Bridge, Noarlunga, and Elizabeth.
