AFL 

Metricon Stadium plays host to Saturday’s matchup between Essendon and Melbourne. It’s over to Adelaide Oval later that afternoon where the Adelaide Crows host Richmond in what is their Member Appreciation Round. Sunday sees the Hawks take on the Suns at Adelaide Oval with both teams wanting to round out their season with a win. The Sydney Swans then come up against a Geelong Cats outfit looking to secure their place in the top four. Sunday footy finishes with a game between Fremantle and the Western Bulldogs, with an all-important win to the Bulldogs being the differential between seventh and eighth place.

NRL 

ANZ Stadium is all set to host Thursday night footy between the Rabbitohs and Bulldogs. It’s out to Bankwest Stadium on Friday evening where the Eels look to maintain their 100% record against the Broncos at this ground. Don’t miss the Sydney Roosters last regular season home game at the SCG as they take on the Cronulla Sharks in a Saturday night blockbuster. The Tigers were so close to pulling off back-to-back comeback wins last week – can they look to topple the second-placed Storm. It doesn’t get much better than afternoon footy at GIO Stadium as the Raiders take on the Warriors.
