Right now, it’s an uncertain time for everyone. That includes many artists, promoters, sports and venues all busily trying to deal with event cancellations and postponements. As you can imagine it takes a lot of people to put on an event and it takes just as many people to work together to find new dates, new venues, manage schedules and put new dates in place.

If your event has been cancelled or postponed rest assured there will be a team of people working feverishly behind the scenes to schedule new dates, or to provide your refund in the event of a cancellation.

Be assured, if an event you were due to attend is cancelled, you don’t need to do anything. The team will be in contact with you via email and provide all of the relevant details including the refund process.
